Not to mention the Old Ones moving the f-ing planet, making it uncomfortably warm for the Dragons.

I'll probably not use this, but it's neat for people who want it.
Personally, I really hope CA will go and give Lizardmen the Coatl whenever they get their missing stuff.

Yea the redline skills work on them, as well as the blue skills that reduce cost / upkeep and yellow skill blessing of Itzl. I believe I tied them to the carnosaur / saurian skills. Good idea for city specific dragons, but it would make them too hard to "catch em all", as they're just the base dragons. New free DLC is coming out in a few days which will add special variants already, which would fit the idea better.

Lizardmen don't have dragons fighting alongside them because the dinosaurs ate them all.

Certainly the Forest Dragon fits for the Lizardmen overall. And then you can have the variants guard specific cities. One unique thing I would say you could do is to have them be recruited from the special buildings of the Lizardmen cities

Hexoatl AKA City of the Sun - Sun Dragon
Tlaxtlan AKA City of the Moon - Moon Dragon
Axlotl AKA the Star City - Star Dragon

The Black Dragon I'd say you could tie into the Mirror Pool of Tepok, as it borders Naggaroth
As for the Frostwyrm, I don't remember if there is a special building for them in Albion

Was looking for something like this, it made zero sense why the Lizardmen wouldnt have at least a few dragons cooking rats alongside them. The Lizardmen need dragon warriors or some ♥♥♥♥ as well.
