ok 1 i havent even installed this because you can have the half life 2 weapones cool but no vr exuse me HALF LIFE ALYX WAS MADE FOR VR the reasone everthing a pistol is cause it would be hard to use the weapones that were in half life 2 in vr

I have slowly figured out some console commands to make novr feel at home if you want quick access to the weapons just bind them to f1 and givecurrentammo 1000 to f2 (bind "f1" give weapon_smg1) (bind "f2" givecurrentammo 1000)

If you want to use them on any map open the console and type in give weapon_smg1 or give weapon_ar2

so everything is on in the console, is it still not playable on the other campaign maps because on the one after its just errors and if i go in thirdperson it shows the HL:A guns below the error

Yup, I just tried it again and sadly, no luck. Also a note: I had to turn cheats on to get anything in the console. If sv_cheats is off, nothing shows up at all except "non-movable func_button 'func_button' is pushed".

Are you sure that you activated the Addon first, then loaded the Map with the Addon turned on ?

Because it's not a mod, it's a driver that uses true open vr and steam drivers for it.

Actually this mod is pointless because there is a driver that simulates VR, with it weapons, and allows to use hands.

I don't hate mods that don't support VR just feel like it's best used in custom non VR maps for that reason.

You need to press E on the box.
Then scroll with your mouse.

Some people just dont have VR right now and want to explore the workshop content. There is literally nothing wrong with playing without VR. The game wasn't designed to be non-vr friendly but it CAN run without VR, dont expect the retail content to work.
