@poop!! you can't, the real AT-4 is a disposable unit, you fire one shot and that's all you got.
Now that means the reload animation is actually picking up a new AT-4, but here's the thing, you can get it's ammo just by using the toolgun and spawning a bunch at your feet.

j'ai un petit probleme , tout mes lance rockets etc créent des croix rouge a l'impacte de la rocket et je n'ai aucune idée de pourquoi. si jamais tu a une solution a cela, dit moi. merci d'avance pour ta reponse.

there is 1 ammo but you don't drop the AT4 because french army lol
