Note that it has no fuel, so your extra heavy 3 km/h excavator would go to a gas station, causing total collapse

It isn't supposed to have sources. When I made it, there was no option to assign sources. Maybe something has changed. I'll check.

I'm not quite sure what you mean, but if a vehicle parks in the wrong place, like halfway through the fence, then that's a problem with the vehicle. Its anchor point is in the wrong place. I have seen a few vehicles that do this.

Is it possible to allow assigning of resource sources to the heavy plant construction office? There are rather large modded vehicles, like Peterbuilt 359, which are very long, so would be ideal to reside in this building!
