When I attach a gray counter to the seat camera for zoom and then try to enter the camera from the seat, my view from the camera is immediately closed. If I do not attach the counter to the seat, I can look through the camera. If I spawn a creature and then connect the counter, everything works as it should. If I spawn immediately with it connected, it throws it out of the camera. How to make a working camera from the seat and with zoom?

I figured out zoom guys it needs a grey counter

thanks for double checking, but i have used remote cameras before. and this time it just didnt work.maybe i just did something wrong.

i just tested it and it was working properly. you need to use a remote camera controller though. you might want to check out the video linked in the description ^^^

im pretty sure the remote camera blocks are brokens since i cant connect counters or seats to them

trying to make a comedy skit and need a cinematic camera while still being able to control my player

The mod is not really ment for you to move around while being in the camera view (what are you trying to archive?)

Havent touched that yet (thought the remote camera was the more relevant as it is the most universal camera). So its not working when you enter the camera twice?

I still have problems with camera observer use it once it works, use it again and it doesn't work.

I just rewrote the whole remote camera controller. I would love to get some feedback if there are any bugs and if it fixed the problems that you encountered in the past (sorry that it took so long for me to come around to this mod again)

I think I'll rewrite the whole camera script to hopefully fix those bugs :)

it happened to a friend in the world also, ill explain it better: i made a tv missile with a remote camera with an id of 10, i have a seat with wireless controls and a remote camera controller with white number logic of 10 going into it and when i press the button to open the camera i go in to the camera so i fire the missile and everything works fine but when im done with the missile if i dont press 5(the camera button in the seat) before i get out, ill stay where the camera on the missile was but i will be outside the seat, i just realized it might be because the remote camera on the missile was destroyed,

i just checked it and i wasnt able to reproduce the problem. can you elaborate the situation that the bug occured?

another thing is when you get out of a seat while the remote cam is on you stay in the remote cam view basically blindly trying to find the seat and if you cant you have to restart world

ohh no im actually not refering to that screen mod xD im refering to an extension module for the programmable processor mod where you can write programs that draw stuff on the screen :)

How do you make that, i've heard of the screen mod, even seen Dr. Pixel Plays (the dev of it) video on it.

i already created something like that using the programmable processor + screen + camera mod. the major problem is that its only low res so its not usable for some builds :( idk if its worth adding a dedicated part that does the job of 3 other blocks together

you can make camera monitor? block that show image from camera

i also updated the zoom to be fov based since we can do that now :)
