Mod jam changes some of the corpses used, so if you're using that but not the mod that adds the corpse it got changed to that might happen.
you could tweak modjam's config for this if you don't want to use the other enemies.
or am I just missing some additional mods
currently the proving grounds have the vests but they cost some unnamed "1" of something which i assume where the corpse slot is supposed to be, so I cant do them. (eg. 1, 20 supplies, 1 elerium core)
i'm using LWOTC and a bunch of other mods, so if there's some known clash do let me know
sure. it's basically just a tweaked version of the vanilla health regen effect.
Do you have Musashi' Vest Slot mod, or Augmentatons, or Dress for Success ?
not really. the mod's original design for some vests was built around an effect that's no longer present in the sort-of-required mod. haven't gotten around to a new design for the affected vests yet.
Is there even a way for the shield to only recharge 2 points "maximum"?
(Depending on how the game can handle it, creating a buff when the soldier is damaged that last only two turn that grant shield regeneration can prevent the whole shield to regenerate, no?)
Also, does the armour vest also repair all the armour points the soldier got? (I encounted a grand total of 3 turrets in the whole campaign and 2 went into the defense facility...)

Shadow is vastly superior to Phantom, so there's really no point to giving a Reaper a spectral weave. It's more valuable when you don't have a proper scout available.
The costs and magnitude of the effects are configurable.
The Ripper class wearing a spectrum vest expands the detection distance to the level of stealth in the shadow state. Also,'Aim' an enemy does not unlock the Reaper's'Aim Screen'.
And the vest, which is often used like faceless, arcon, and chrysalide, uses too much body.
And there are items that overlap with the existing one.
Can I change the mod items more differently?
