The Problem is the model is not quite good like the weights like the toes and feets and calfs.
I Can fix it for you, but why did you made this? It's a total broken model.
And the physics is a mess like a saw in HLMV and i saw that the physics are broken.

I'll be honest with you, I don't know how to make the playermodel's mouth and eyes shine (something that would be really cool if I knew how to do it), now about the bodygroup, I don't plan to do that because I don't have another model besides this one

but I appreciate your ideas, maybe I add those ideas while I try to fix the playermodel

You could make the eyes and the mouth glow, And do a cape bodygroup!

i spawned in a ragdoll of it and, well, the game started to lag as the ragdoll expanded longer, and longer. you dont have to but could fix that too
