How well, would it !bonemerge, to the npc_combine_s entity?
Im working on a Matrix Mod, and im trying to get the lobby shootout goin.
currently, working on getting the Gaurd model from Black Mesa, to !bonemerge to the npc_combine_s...
then im gonna do the same to a hecu model...
if u can assist in any of this, I would greatly appreciate it, and credit you.

It's basically more improved and updated version than this mod

It's more simpler because I didn't modify any bones, skeletons, or anything else given my limited modeling abilities, and what I did with Blender was basically just mixing up meshes like for example: some helmets and gear are from Battlefield 3 (US Assault, Support, Engineer), head and torsos are left untouched, etc..

And if you want the SMD, you can just extract it by yourself using the Crowbar Source Engine Tool, and edited or modified it as you like.

Hmm, I'm not sure about FBX or 3ds Max, as I'm not that good at modeling other than just modifying some Source 1 .smd in Blender. And I haven't tried HL Alyx Source 2. But maybe you can try Bonemerge by yourself and I'll allow and free this model to be used as you like in your project.

also I have BMCE so that could be a factor but it was like this before I installed it

only half of the soldiers are gulf war the rest are default and the number file doesnt exist so I cant move it to there

Why is it that you have trouble having soldiers gib when other reskin mods don't? Is it because you remodeled the soldiers beyond a simple retexture?

This pattern in particular wasn't used by troops in Desert Storm, (different pattern called 6 color desert pattern/or the chocolate chip cookie doe pattern) but began being issued/circulated from 1993-95 and was used by military until it was completely replaced by 2005.

Kind of odd to see soldiers in a hot and dry desert environment with their sleeves rolled down and not up. Other than that great mod

I had a problem with it replacing all but the commanders, which would turn into errors. I think it had something to do with some files I had to change for the classic HECU. Reverifying cache worked for me. Maybe something similar is happening with you, Penguin?

This only replaces some of the HECU marines for me. Do you know why this could be? It seems to only replace the shotgun soldiers.
