On the top of SFM, click Windows, Console, and a window should appear with the Console.

I have attempted to update the map file, I will also provide the BSP file bare soon in case these problems occur again.

Same. All my maps now have NODRAW on them after downloading this map.

This messes up the textures for the other TF2 maps, it makes them all yellow with "NODRAW" on them.

Pretty sure it requires the resources from TF2 in order to work, yes, otherwise you might be missing textures or models for the map, as this addon is just the BSP file for the map itself.

I don't guarantee that the textures/models required for the map to function are included in this addon as if I did I would most likely get prevented by Steam Workshop's file size limit, as the map itself already is a big file.

Can you try unsubscribing and resubscribing, making sure SFM fully deletes it before resubscribing? It could be that some assets did not get installed.

Sometime I will have to reinstall SFM to find out if this issue is reproducible on my side, so it may take me awhile to figure out the issue.

i subscribed to it, i see it in the map list, i click it, the tab closes, nothing happens.

other entities is off, there is still bleeding lights.might be sfm not liking the map because its a brush model.

Have you tried to right click on a viewpoint and go to "Draw Game Entities" and then check Other Entities off?

Might be something with SFM loading too many assets or you messed with something in the Element Viewer.

Could also be a texture issue, which if it is I wouldn’t have much of a idea what would cause that.

There are many ugly looking Red, Green and Blue lights/lines on every model I place on the mape. map_specular 0 doesn't work. how to fix it?

You can override the map's lighting by doing this to the model:

Right Click the Model > Add Override Material > Add Attribute, [float] $color2
set the value to 0.5.

There's some really bright lighting which isn't fixed with mat_specular 0. Only way to not blind myself is to turn down the ToneMapScale on the camera, but even then, every model's too bright. Bloom didn't fix anything either

There's some red, blue and green lights appearing on the map. It even appears on models. Any idea how to fix this?

Have you tried deselecting any of the Entities when you right click on the viewpoint? it most likely can be hidden with that, otherwise i don't think i can help with that too much.

Yeah, but the impression was to just upload the BSP file, that was my intention, like i said there may be some files in this workshop addon that i did not intent on adding, but i saw it as they were required to boot the map.

Suijin map actually gives most if not all the required models, not just the textures.

Make sure you reset the map select with the reload at the top, or restart SFM, and search “koth_suijin.bsp”
