hey; just to let you know Otto Kumm is a general in Germany as well as Banat. If you wanna keep him in Banat i'd recommend just cutting the character out of the german history file. plus it means there's a portrait you can use

only thing i have to say about this mod is that Banat does start off as a existing nation, you have to use commands to give them a state, except from that, it works good

This does definitely need to be updated with TT. First time, I got a CTD with loading it up but second time I did not. However, the map colours were off per-country, and the economy of course is not updated to fit with the latest update. No divisions spawned or stayed with the start of the game, and got the message that "This country has no content". So, safe to say, it needs some work to bring it compliant with TT and to interact with the rest of the world, but I think it is definitely doable, maybe even with some expanded content too.

I do hope you continue to work on this mod and update it to work with TT! This is a fantastic piece of work and one of the best submods.
