I am also having trouble getting this to spawn, but only the police station is having trouble in my save.

I am using:

Vanilla Euro Station
Vehicle Spawn Mod (including work around for vehicles not spawning info)

I cannot get this to work. I am using Vehicle Spawn Mod and Service Vehicle Selector 2. None of the police stations or fire stations or garbage, healthcare or deathcare dispatch vehicles. Every station says "0/x vehicles in use". Any suggestions?
