i dont think Darius went to look for the charecter instead i think Darius might of killed the charecter

The character does not exist.

ManOnFire: Standard practice for most mods is, don't remove a mod from your game unless you either:
a.) go back to a save from before you installed the mod, or
b.) start a new game.
(Exceptions: Simple model/texture replacers that either don't have an .esp/.esm file, or use a dummy one that only activates the mod's .bsa.)

I just use Njada Stonearm.Thats about as obnoxious as it gets.

His dialog should be totally obnoxioux so it is a pleasure to do him in.
