This is often due to play offs but not always. Sometimes the editor throws errors without any sense. You can extend the season date or move the season update day forward.

I would like to add 6 B squads to the Proximus League bringing the total to 14 instead of 8, but I keep getting the error that the JPL league hasn't finished before the update on 28/06. Not all phases have been made. Any thoughts
