I named him ultimate (and put the ultimate logo thing) bc I'm an idiot, I meant for it to be the "ultimate version" of jigglypuff, not the version of jigglypuff from ultimate.
I would change the name to puff advance but I think it has had this name for too long to change it like that.
Decrease the amount of Hitstun Up Air causes, increase the amount of frames it takes to activate (Say Frame 10), and increase the knockback of it (The move can combo into itself easily, combos into Sing/Rest, and destroys Heavyweights).
Decrease the amount of Damage Rest Does (50% is way too high).
Potentially replace Rollout with an new move entirely (The move feels out of place in the new version of Puff).
Decrease the amount of air control Puff has with Sing, and make Sing have an predetermined length for how long the target cannot move for, instead of changing based on percentage. (To make the move less punishing to get hit at higher percentages).
Reduce the amount of space Jigglypuff travels from an Wavedash. (Puff is already good enough in the air)
(Mainly F-Air and B-Air, F-Special, Up-tilt, and F-Smash. Though N-Special and Up Air could be smaller, they aren't too broken.)
