Is this compatible with other mods?

@PEG2Y Unfortunately that is not something that i can really fix, as building chains are only allowed once. The construction site is it's own chain, hence why you can build another when it converts to a regional specialty chain. I suppose I could create a second chain of construction sites though.......

Anyways I will look into fixing this later. It's not really a high priority for me right now given the crashing issue.

Construction site cannot build at the same round, only can build when the previous finished upgrading to the specialty...
