I use Pick Up and Haul and I couldn't figure out why my pawns weren't taking things to inventory when hauling. They would also sometimes entirely ignore forced haul commands. Finally ran into a huge framerate hit when pawns would start flipping out trying to haul, cancelling haul, then repeating. I turned on this mods debug mode and saw it immediately spew white log entries.
Removed this mod and everything has been solved. It was a great mod in the past, and maybe it's still great and it's a conflict on my end, but seems like it might have some issues.
