For me Pertam shows up as a spawn in a vanilla star system, but not with EEM and this mod unfortunately.

This mod restores whatever vanilla has set. If vanilla has Pertam, than this should as well. I'll take a peek tomorrow to see if they still line up.

This mod does not bring back Pertam as a spawn location. Is it possible to re-add it myself somehow?

I just realized that I hadn't downloaded the mod you linked in the description lol. I still don't know what caused only the vanilla planets to function, but it works fine now.

Hrm, odd. I'd need to know the mod name for the planet to see why. Do respawn ships work there if you don't have EEM running (i.e. does vanilla pick up on the modded planet?).

No, it's the 3 in the picture. The respawn ships currently available in vanilla.
