Look in Prismic's Avatar Search world and type "Quote" in the search bar.
Thankfully, Quote's an avatar in vrc, but I'm not sure about the other models.
I might have to try learning a basic rig to put those in Tower Unite, I bet it would look pretty nice in that engine too.

The folders in there are for each specific addon ID. For this mod, it's folder is 2073087034
I tried porting it myself but the gma file for some reason isn't in the addons folder.
Sometimes the Steam Client has issues downloading mods when the game is on.
I was wrong, it was an issue with the c_hands. It's been fixed, but Gmod isn't that great with updating existing models in the .GMA.
If you're still getting the issue, then follow these steps:
1.) Unsubscribe from this mod.
2.) Go to .../Steam/steamapps/workshop/content/4000/ and serach for a folder named 2073087034. Delete it.
3.) Launch Garry's Mod and let it load up/mount your addons. - It will recognize that you're not subbed to this.
4.) Close Garry's Mod and resubscribe to this mod. Wait for the Steam Client to download it.
5.) Launch Garry's Mod. It should load the mod as if it's your first time downloading it, and you'll get the fixed models.
Still a really cool mod though :D
I tested out the Halo weapon pack and discovered that the issue also happens with some other characters, even PM's from different addons. I can't really find any clues on why certain characters would have this issue other than them having Bodygroups - but not all Bodygrouped PM's were affected.
I have no idea what's causing the issue, as the c_hands for these PMs weren't made any different than any other c_hand models.
This appears more as an issue with the weapon mod itself rather than the c_hands.
I'm having the problem when I use some of the weapons in the Draconic Halo pack, particularly, the Plasma Pistol, and almost all of the Reach weapons. Do you know anything about that?
