I will consider adding auto-recruitment, but no guarantees on when exactly because I also have other stuff to do.
If I recall correctly, the priority is already ogres first, then dragon, then vikings, but I'm not sure when target switching occurs, so I can look into that for you too.
What feature doesn't work? Do you have a chamber of war? Do you meet the conditions for hazard pay activation? Do you have archer and ballista towers? Did you close individual archer and ballista towers?
Do you have Zat's ModMenu? It is set to 30% by default and you need to change it in the settings.
Hazard Pay doesn't activate closed towers, if they are a custom mod tower. So, the cannon mod and the cauldron mod, are not opened by Hazard pay.
Otherwise v1.2 works like a charm. However, when hazard pay does activate, with your higher taxes mod, it doesn't raise to 50%. It gets to 30% only.
In other words, keep all your towers open and the mod will leave them alone.
Max tax rate is 30% and it can't go any higher than that, so the mod is doing as it should.
Note also, that hazard pay from this mod doesn't maximum tax rates. I had a very happy population, and so was taxing normally at 30%, and when hazard pay came online, it was still 30%.
