For the Small thumbnail that appears in the Stage select screen should be 56x40 pixels in order to be shown. And the stage preview that shows when you hover over the icon should be 242x130 pixels or else it won't show a preview.

You should change the preview tho. You made the thumbnail and preview too big so the game refuses to show them and instead just shows a big gear icon
