i have stopped work on this addon quite a while back, sorry.
im unlikely to return to it but if i do octolings would be my priority because they have the least amount of styles in this pack right now

if you use classic bonemerger, you can first select the hair with the advanced bone tool and then when you bonemerge it it will still be selected by the advanced bone tool

no, i dont like them that much and it defeats the point of custom.
i will make those hairs a seperate addon for whenever splatoon 3 has a testfire or anything which i can rip the models from.

if what you mean is making custom hairstyles using this pack, that's not my goal
if what you mean is the pack looks bad, then you probably just comment for the sake of triggering people

I can't find the GMA file in my addons. I want to see if this version will fix the texture problems in the SFM version.

if you read the description, you knew this only happens when you initially load the map, the way to fix this is to first load the map and then load the save when the map is already loaded, i cant fix this because im not the one who made the tool

the proxy tool is broken once it loads in a save the color of the item resets to it's original state

this is false, if you used the hat painter first, base color will be handelled with said tool instead of proxy color.
if you didnt use hat painter on the hairstyle yet, or if you hold hat painter and press R whilst looking at a hairstyle, proxy color should act instead.

There a problem with ALL customs hairstyles :

The "hairstyles base color" tabs from Proxy Color Tool is not colorable but colorable with Color TF2 - Paints Tool.

I uninstall and reinstall the add-on but it is the same problem...

Is this a bug ? or something ? or it only happens to me ?

However, what about new custom hairstyles ?

wow, i never even thought about changing the scale of a hat whilst it's already merged that way
i wish there was a bonemerge tool that ignores scale of the bones entirely and actually lets you interact with the objects

Hats also merge the head bone so if you try to adjust them while they are merged it makes the hair move and change sizes too. If the hair merges to the bip_head instead then they will still merge to the right spot and will not be changed when you use the bone tool on the head done.

I have some constructive criticism. I suggest changing the merge bone to bip_head instead of head so that headgear can be adjusted with the bone tool without effecting the hair.

when i save a dupe with this the hair broke and there wasnt any color in the hair besides the default color and im sad becaise it took forever to find the right hair color :C help
