i like to use this and surrender mutator so every time i kill someone i get this back story and i know who im killing. then when i get my sidearm out when the enemy are cuffed because the game ended and stand behind them and shoot them in the head while they see their friends lind up for the same treatment. :)

Doesn't Sniper Elite do this when you mark somebody? Like it gives a bit of insight on the enemy's personal life? I remember one saying that they were a father or something. Straight up turned me into a pacifist for that mission.
