Why 81 tiles?Thought it only required DLCs and was vanilla

That's unfortunate, maybe you have too many mods and assets for your computer to handle or you have some mods and/or assets that are outdated and/or incompatible. I'll look through your mods and assets collections for the Texas series for outdated stuff and I can post it to you if you want.
