#AubergineTrap True, Even though they're rare in original game, they're now my favorite law enforcements in GTA V. :D

Sadly, the "SAHP" are rarely around the map. Or north L.S, maybe unless you play "LSPDFR", unoffical but it is kinda fun imo.

#Jan2004pl No doubt about that, I didn't even notice there are Law Enforcement named "SAHP" before I played 'I fought the law' mission.
Well, Maybe this is why people in GTA V Community made BCSO (Blaine County Sheriff Office), eh?

however SAHP apperance is rather minimal
only on a few parts of highway and sometimes under specific requierments in LS
and other weird thing is that they only have motorcycle
which is weird while they wear in some locations Patrol Hat or whatever we call it
but here my guess is that they removed some things so older consoles(PS3/Xbox 360) could run game

#Jan2004pl They're Park Rangers with Sheriff cruisers actually, you can see their brown color clothes randomly when you found them in Mount Chiliad.
But I still agree, the LSSD is patrolling both LS and Blaine County. If it's not just a laziness of Rockstar, I think because of the absense of Blaine County's law enforcement, LSSD is also patrolling the county. As you can see clearly in mission named Paleto Score, They're officially operating even in Paleto Bay, right?
Just like you, I Still dunno why though. like, If the county's law enforcements are absent, State Police just like SAHP usually takes the parts of the area.

there is 1 thing I never understand
Why Los Santos County Sheriff Office patrols both LS and Blaine County ?
Despite the fact there are a NPC models of Blaine County Sheriff Office which are used in both arrest random event, One of Prisoner Lifting event and in Motel Shotout event and only there
we won't find them in any mission or normal gameplay

It's a bit weird, So I've decided to remove the LSPD related sounds in my addon though. :D

if you play gta, i notice the female sheriff deputy announces herself over the megaphone as the LSPD
