For those who are uninformed, the KKK that is seen here is not the more well-known one that originated from the United States.

The KKK stands "Ang Kataastaasang Kagalang-galangang Katipunan ng mga Anak ng Bayan - K.K.K for short (The Supreme and Venerable Association of the Children of the Nation)

It's essentially a secret society that was formed out of Filipino nationalism to fight against the then, Spanish colonial government.
