The idea was to let poison stack up without triggering and use it with spells that exploit poison like Pandemic, Detox and the new plague spells, rather than having the poison stack trigger.

If you have poison apply every 2 seconds, doesn't it refresh stack timer? Are you supposed to deal poison damage or is this build supposed to focus around alternate damage methods?
