@Zeugma I used some parking roads by Badi_dea.
Indeed, There is no spawn-point at the back of the store (these points being how at the delivery and visitor entrance, I didn't want visitors going through the back). The trucks presented on my visuals are just props to illustrate this diorama.

@Capitan Boricua it's a RICO compatible building. If you don't have "ploppable RICO" installed, it will appear as a unique monument, with visitor stats. If you have the RICO mod, it automatically creates a low density commercial zone, with 100 jobs available. It's not a factory.

Hi, this Leroy-Merlin is perfect in any French/Italian/Greek/Romanian themed city! Thanks a lot!
I got two more question:
1) how did you make the car park in front ? (parking road or a pre-made parking lot?)
2) I surrounded the building with roads, as you show in your pictures, but there is no truck/van going to the back for loading/unloading. How did you achieve this?

Hi. i'm new to custom assets so maybe its a stupid question. When you place this building, does it actually work? Like do they export/import things etc? Or is it just a decoration?

@Shubz26 The rear half of the building was designed as a separate building and then added in the asset editor as a sub-building.

The brightness has been slightly adjusted and you can now freely adjust it with the addition of the color map.

There was a nomenclature error. The RICO settings are now handled correctly.
Due to this update, the store may have disappeared in your cities and you will have to put it back. Sorry for the inconvenience.

It doesn't show up in RICO. Only through the find it mod and it places as a monument. Am i doing something wrong? Excellent asset by the way.

Ce serait cool d'avoir un Boulanger/Darty/Electro Dépôt histoire de concurrencer un peu les Media Markt/ Planet Saturn (qui n'existe plus en France). Ou sinon Conforama/But/Alinéa/Zôdio! Encore good job ! ;)
