@Mrakos what is that VIOC_SIDES ? Does it interfere in faction Id any way, if it do then that mod probably is a problem.

I tried this mod while using IFA3 AIO + VIOC_SIDES, and couldn't get the Germans to shout in German. Does anyone have an idea how to configure WW2 UVO/UVO for the "sides" mod? I already *carefully* went through the UVO CBA settings.

This mod does not have american voices yet. These are from UVO and they are from first Insurgency i believe.

Wouldn't it be better to just use the actual American voice lines from Insurgency (Sandstorm I assume) and not the Middle Eastern ones?

Americans in Spearhead DLC are talking with a thick middle eastern accent. Destroys the immersion.

@Saiden Im not adding English for now, existing ones are from normal UVO (west/east/guer in addon options) so better to add other nations and Eng on end.
It can be some accent becouse these are Insurgency ones so there can be arabic.

Thanks for answer ,but are US forces using correct voice lines? Lets just say their english doesnt sound american, its like they are speaking with some accent.

@Saiden it should work, they didnt add any new faction.

@120 BPM you need to check addon options and turn on Niemcy

Sadly I cannot get the Wermacht from Spearhead to use german lines, they all speak english and debug says they are using GUER lines. Any tips?

I am using IFA3 AIO, CSA38 and Spearhead 1944. I am not sure which units it's using since I am playing antistasi, but it's supposed to use soldiers from all mods.

@Partyzant: Quick question: What is the correct way to separate the classnames when listing grenade classnames in the compatibility settings. Should something like "GrenadeClassname_01, GrenadeClassname02, Grenadeclassname03" work or do I use ; instead of , ?

@Izhevsk M44 No i don't care, you can do that yourself when creating mission in editor in unit attributes. In this mod i will not change anything in another mod or arma stuff.

@Izhevsk M44 first of all you should READ DESCRIPTION, then start to complain, and that "Initialization" this is where you turn on/off voices for factions. Maybe it will be rude but i dont have intent in doing some video kind like "how to install steam on pc" its a waste of time. Just be smart and read before you instal something.

It's pretty clear this mod isn't for someone to just install and use with a mod or DLC it isn't already compatible with -- if you are gonna go around demanding someone WHO ISN'T GETING PAID fix something for you asap, you need to grow up.

What do you mean scroll down to see factions? The last category is initilization and it has east west guer polska niemcy rosja. I don't get it. How do you make Germans speak German in the Spearhead 1944 mod? You need better instructions or a video explaining how this mod works it makes no sense.

faction names for spearhead are: SPE_US_ARMY, SPE_WEHRMACHT, SPE_STURM, SPE_FFI, and SPE_FR_ARMY

Then check what mod causing it, and if you are sure its UVO then join discord and Sceptre will help you there

@Archus No, UVO is required for this to work, turn it off in addons settings.

@Archus i don't get what that have something to do with me ? Basic UVO makes all factions speak english, just disable it and no one will speak. If still someone is speaking it means some mod in your pack causing it, so you need to turn them one by one and you will figure out what mod causing it.

Why does Faces of war make everyone speak English, I disable it and it's fine. I've seen a lot of ppl have this issue
