Within the base game, regular weather can be enabled/disabled in the OPTIONS menu, in the GAMEPLAY subcategory. "Use Dynamic Weather".

If this is enabled, then it can only be a mod conflict, which would involve checking over and over again with unsubscribing and re-subscribing.

But maybe you are lucky and it is only the above setting in the options.

Im using this map with the recommended theme, no weather mods, .... but it never snows in my city???

Never mind, I got it figured out. I was dumping all my city's traffic onto a series of exits along the same highway, which all fed into one highway interchange. Adding a few extra interchanges to make exits to the other main highway helped untangle things!

@TrueVCU: no, there are no settings. you connect the roads to the edge and the game spawn/despawns the traffic to/from a destination (another edge of map or sth in your city). So if there is an edge where you see no traffic at all, then I would check for broken roads, wrong orientations, etc. Which might have happened during your build. If it is only the case that there is one edge which has simply more traffic, then it is the game mechanic which might direct the traffic from or to the "fastest to reach" edge (the game does not include traffic jams in its "fastest" way calculation).

@Ingenium It's a beautiful map and I don't blame your junction design since it wouldn't even be a problem if 95% of all traffic weren't using the same route out of the city. I've never made a map so dunno if there's setting to determine where traffic comes from/goes outside the map

Unfortunately I am more of a map maker than I am a city builder and never had such big city on this map. Besides the usual tips and tricks from traffic guides on the steam workshop or youtube series (I think Biffa and SamBur have some traffic fix episodes), I have no other. Sorry

Hey, loving building on this map but my city is approaching 60k and I'm having issues with the highway: traffic leaving the city all uses the same highway route out and the backups are starting to accumulate back into the city itself. Any tips?

Looks absolutely stunning! I got the Snowfall DLC mostly for the trams. Felt a little bit meh to play a snowy map, until I found this one. Really looking forward to playing it. Again, looks amazing!

This is such a perfect map, but unfortunately I can't get 81 tiles to show in the options menu in order to unlock more than nine tiles...has anybody else had this issue?
