since the update were you added a new cremator the old cremator doesnt spawn anymore, and the new one doesnt have textures on his arms, is there any solution to this problem?

Yes but there are addons that add hte cremator NPC

This supercedes them as the model is a straight upgrade.

The textures are much higher quality, AI upscaled or replaced with higher resolution ones entirely. In short it's the same model but just looks better.

Then again, does it need anything other then that?

That's because one of the textures were originally derived from the DP films' cremator, however has been modified heavily (as they are pretty much incompatible 1:1), the rest are just default AI upscaled cremator textures.

Not feasible I'm afraid, not without ripping the model apart and re-aligning the UV maps, recompiling it,

I might try to do it sometime but I'd really rather not.
