you must change the switch by yourself. the default setting is not PathsideOrGround
[Building Anarchy] is broken. if you have not this mod,you can not set building anarchy.
※ i say anarchy for building , not for prop, not for tree.
the function of this mod is control building.
A fair warning- I have never had such an error so it may be possible that you are using an incompatible mod.
would be nice if the trucks/city services would address these buildings through the Parklife mechanism...
It actually allows for functional residential/offices at Path's. (I guess the garbage magically disappears). People are living and working there!
I tested with some industry buildings and some (not all) showed some complains... Commercial buildings did not yet complain.

Anyways, awesome!!!
Tweaks are wonderful but would "flatten terrain" be optional per building? Like with Fine Road Anarchy of forcing the ground to meet the road per segment? While it is selected that is how it builds until it is changed etc? Or even like the slope tool. Selecting the buildings you want the feature to apply to and voilà!
Unlike Skignovilous having all buildings not be flattened all of the time would not excite me :p But there are absolutely times I do want that available.
