sounds like you need longer train stations

These long trains clog up my train stations because they prevent other trains from escaping.

I'll try and build up a save with multiple cargo stops for interchange, but to reiterate the invisible trailers is intended and correct functioning. What you have is that it's invisible at both ends instead of just one at a time depending on direction. Not sure how that has happened but it's not happening on my end. Leads me to suspect a mod conflict.

Yes so, by 'intra' I mean the vehicle spawns (either on the edge or at a cargo station - issue occurs on vanilla hubs as well as custom terminating stations) and goes from one station to a second, and maybe a third, on the same map, each stop where the vehicle reverses direction and travels backwards, the engines disappear, leaving just the trailers. When you hover over the point that they should be at the blue selector appears. Left hand drive map.

to clarify, I have only tested them coming from the edge of the map, arriving at a cargo station, and then reversing to exit the map. By intracity do you mean moving from one cargo stop to another within the same map?

I haven't been able to replicate this issue, sorry.. maybe it's entering the map in reverse and it messes up the flags or something.. here's how it appears for me upon leaving the station

what was the leading engine becomes the invisible one, and the trailing engine (which was invisible) becomes visible. In yours they are both invisible on spawn and then both visible in reverse.. :(

Might be an issue with the reverse engine?

Hi mate, having an issue where the lead engines are not showing on intracity trains, when they take their second or subsquent trips. Doesn't seem to be an issue on any other assets. Has anyone else come across this? I am using the AVO mod, along with random trailers. Though I have disabled the random trailers and it does not appear to resolve. Any ideas?
