@Ghost: Yeah, so the buff is getting applied, but isn't visible on some clients. I changed some things there, which might fix the issue. Hard to say as I can't repro the problem. Failing that, there's no an option to bypass those checks altogether.

Then open console again, expand it and you should see how many instances of the buff are in the world. Might help to identify if the buff is being applied and perhaps the options are just not getting added to the multi-use wheel.
@Ghost: Are you trying with already claimed babies or pre-claimed babies? If they're already claimed, you'll need to be allowed to unclaim through tribe rank to be able to release them (as mentioned in said patch notes), as it's pretty much the same as unclaiming.
