This framework does not affect factions nor world generation.

It might have updated incorrectly for you. Try to unsub from mod, make shure folder was deleted from yor disk and than subscribe again.

1.4 updated. Please report the bugs with a log.
MoharCustomHAR has been discontinued, because 1.4 HAR pretty much does everything it used to do.
