I would suggest making a Tetsubo/Kanabo as a weapon design for ES weapon (http://media.moddb.com/images/games/1/9/8086/8492465659_c75f2f6446_z.jpg) . It fits the rest of the set fairly well, and you can always improvise in how will it look at the end while still having that heavy-hitting staff effect.
