After some radical disassembly, I found a square constant value module under the top beacon.
If you noclip into it you can change the value, but it's quite tricky to aim at as there are 3 other modules in there.
You need to find the constant value module that is somewhere on there, it's probably invinsible for aesthetics so it will be quite a task. Once you find it, you need to overwrite it with a lower value in seconds.
