This texture is a reflective blue color. It just doesn't look right, almost like it were made of polished silver rather than milspec armored steel.

no, this is just a texture mod for the Combine APC. You've gotta download a separate mod to make it drivable like Simfphys.

No, no mods should be incompatible except for ones that modify the material or texture on the APC. This is just a material and texture replacement for the Combine APC.

Yeah, this wont even appear in my subbed addons. I've already restarted Gmod to see if anything changed.
