Interesting note on this title. This was actually the WWF European title. After it was merged with the IC belt in 2002, Tommy Dreamer attached a license plate and NYPD badges to it and used it as the Hardcore championship since the original Hardcore belt was pretty much falling apart by the time Bradshaw had it and had to use the Smoking Skull belt with Texas decals on it.
