me seeing re-balanced on the title *clicks*
me expectation: this seems to got a re-balance so it should not be something too OP
what i first see:durability 6666 (for some reason i saw armor durability as health xD)
me; what the frick was it before then ????!/1!?!?!?!?

Update 2.03b
Increased sanity gain from Slasher to 0.4 (from 0.2)
Increased sanity gain from Devastator to 0.6 (from 0.4)
Rash Armor now heals 8 every 30 seconds (from 6)
Rash Armor now repairs itself 40 points (NOT 40 PERCENT) every 30 seconds (only if damaged)
Minor text updates such as Rash Armor description
