For one's reason the night lightining is not working for me however even if i have th shader :/
The building / architect I would recommend is The Gateway Arch by Eero Saarinen (AKA St. Louis Arch). It is a pretty iconic building in America, very few don't know what it is.
There technically is one on the workshop and it was created 2015 and I tried using it in a previous city I had but removed it. Which this particular building has some sentimental meaning to me personally. Having been to the top of this I can tell you the view from the top is absolutely stunning and almost humbling.

But he has some amazing buildings in general. He was way ahead of his time.
