I liked your mods before, but now... You are officially declared "Greatest modder on Steam" by me, myself and I.
Seriously though, it's really good to see stuff like that here.
Can be easily fixed if you go that file: data/property/track/urban02_5_ramp.tcat
Now look for "routes" in that file. There is 0,1 and 2. 1 is the route you are looking for, If you change the ai drive probabilty to 0 the ai goes around the corner in the other direction. Cars no longer get stuck on the backside of the ramp.
