No, it shouldn't create a conflict as this one doesn't alter any of the textures. Only the sounds.
The invisible one only alters the opacity of the model when using it, not the texture itself.
As for the higher pitch; the chainsaw does pitch up on the original when you're using it against the infected if I remember correctly?
If not, then it's something I did unintentionally. Lol.

The invisible renders the model transparent. So you won't be able to see it anyway. Lol.

Not without me chaning the mod and removing the stage background.
Alternatively, unsub this version and sub the INVISIBLE EDITION instead.
It's better in my opinion.
