I figured the most reasonable place would be boss or alphas or beacons, but if that were true, most people would be editing those loot tables anyways(since vanilla is garbage).

It worked for me with dedi, singleplayer, multiple people...all seemed good.
Nothing on the silencers, been distracted.
Let's just say for the immediate future, not going to happen.
The bag can be transfered into dinos, storage, etc, totally safe. If you die, the bag will be on your corpse. If you lose the bag, ie your corpse decays, your stuff is 100% unretrievable.
Anyone can use the bag and access the contents, so be careful.
Seeing as the quality really has an impact on the power of the item, I don't see how it could be craftable. Maybe I'll add them to the genesis loot crates or something, after the dev kit is updated. If not, it's up to admins to decide how best to distribute them. I still think boss loot is ideal.
