I tried to sing in on the mod but it doesn't appear in launch list of the game, even if I try to delete it and redo the whole process it doesn't work. I think there a problem

not sure what mod may be conflicting, but hans zintler didnt spawn when i got the perk

Joke aside, it’s one of your other 209 mods that’s CTDing, pretty sure it runs alright if you run this mod alone, which is #1 thing to check
