Hey, mirroring what was said a year and a half ago, but wtf is wrong with you and why did you add a button that is ENABLED BY DEFAULT to the dev menu that instantly restarts the game??

why when i play with this mod my pawns first what they do is equiping weapon?

My favourite part of this mod is when visiting pawns will pick up your weapons and leave with them because you didn't untick the "find and equip weapons" option, some bitch visited me and picked up my masterwork persona monosword.

It seems to conflict with this mod "EdB Prepare Carefully";Any way to solve this problem?

Damn, the most important mod to make the ammunition mod limit the amount of ammo a pawn can hold. The most important mods for me, and no update. Terrible.

@CoolMatthew As far as I'm aware, the only other mods that have loadouts are big mods (I.E. Combat Extended)

The author doesn't seem to have been active anywhere in the RimWorld community since July-October last year, and their last anything on Git was back in December. I hope they're ok, but also would be very appreciative if someone would undertake updating this. I've tried looking at it, but it's waaaay over my technical abilities.

I do not think there is. I tried playing today without this mod and with combat extended. It's unplayable. Pawns won't replenish ammo. They need to be babysitted about trivial things.

Same question as @Michiko: Is there another mod that lets you setup a loadout for your pawns?

Even just the ability to order your pawns to pick things up like you can when you are on encounter maps would be nice.

I also really like the button that tells a pawn to unload something from their inventory.

Another thing I miss from this mod is the ability to have pawns just have items in their inventory that aren't food, medicine or equipment. It's particularly useful for mods that add things like ammo, or buildables that you want the pawn to take along when attacking an enemy camp.

Anybody know an alternative mod that lets you do that? I know of the Carry More mod, which kinda helps, but it's limited in what it can do. D:

@chiken Yeah, I downloaded one of those. Unfortunately, it doesn't contain the feature that allows the pawn to equip armour without it being 'forced'

This isn't going to be updated anytime soon. The author is probably busy with life. There are other inventory mods to play with in the meantime.

@Komissar Rudinov and not every person has time in their daily life to devote hours to updating mods for a game they play, for free. Asking or not asking for it to be updated doesn't make it any faster, and being ruder probably just makes it slower.

@Eggnog you're mistaken. 1.3 has been out for over 2 weeks in the form of an optional beta patch precisely to allow modders to update it before official release

1.3 has made me appreciate a lot of mods that I've taken for granted. There are some other inventory mods out there but they don't have the same functionality as this one. I hope it will get updated or someone adopts it.

Gave me a black screen after activated, didn't happen in versions before 1.3

If this happens to any of you guys:
1. close the game
2. exit steam
3. press win+r
4. type %AppData%, press enter (it will take you to AppData/Roaming)
5. In File Explorer address bar, click AppData
6. Open LocalLow
7. Open Ludeon Studios
8. Open the Rimworld folder, then open Config
9. Open ModsConfig.xml with Notepad
10. Look for the line that matches the mod (it will have the word "Awesome" in it)
11. Erase that line and remove the empty line (no empty space between other lines)
12. Save the file.
13. Open steam and then run RimWorld,

Black screen is gone.

Remember: Do not activate "Awesome Inventory", and if you do, repeat these steps.

Can someone please temporarily adopt this mod? The game is very much diminished without it

+1. Was just going through the mods to figure out which one it was. This mod blacks out for 1.3. I LOVE this mod. So I really hope it gets an update. =)
