according to the Valve Developer Community , "For non-commercial mods and fangames, assets directly from first-party Valve games such as models, textures, materials, sounds, dialogue, and even music may be ported between Valve games or ported to other games (including those on non-Valve engines)."

Indeed. It has Half Life 2: Episode 1's Broken Citadel alarm, and Half Life 2: Episode 2's Antlion Cave alarms.

The intention of them sort of IS to be huge, but I get you're point. If nobody else makes a small addon to change that, I will in a few days or so.

I love the Citadel alarms, but the sirens themself are huge.

Ooh I have another idea. What if you add the alarms from the Half Life 2 Beta? (2001-2003)?
There were multiple variations of the alarms you added in this pack, that were never used.

For example, the "hl2_citysiren" you used, is actually called "city_siren_loop2", which is a variation of an unused sound, called "city_alarm_loop1"

Now, come to think of it, could you ever add the alarms from Black Mesa (Half Life 1 remake)? The alarms are much better quality and would be quite fitting! I actually happen to possess these alarm sounds (for my own purposes), and you can have them if you want :V
