Is there a prop version as well? The only Mi-8 prop just got removed from the WS and now this is the only one existing

sadly not because of the effects this helicopter uses are from Disasters DLC, if you dont have that DLC it cant access those files and the game wont load the asset.

Can I use it as a passenger helicopter if I have SH DLC but without Disaster DLC？

No because sunset harbor has the passenger helicopters
