I do confirm Mexico and Spain files are conflicting.

This file works on it's own, but if you combine it with the Spain file from the same collection the Mexico file becomes unplayable (says it's missing a team for Ligas Regionales Mexicanas).

Put Mexico from another collection - one club in Brazil is missing))) Then I removed Brazil altogether (it is already in the game) And everything became playable.
