There is a mod which adds ncr and legion factions based on jangodsouls armors. Its better than mine, go use it instead.

So the in game mod loader wont reconize when this mod is behid its requiremnets. Causing an incompat crash. When you have a ton of mods its easy to miss. Please fix this so the mod loader knows where to put it.

That worked! Thank you :) My guys are now spawning with everyone equipped.

P.S: I did have your service rifle loaded I just wasn't seeing it. Got it working now! Thank you for all the help!

in my game everything works ok, if your pawns keep spawning gunless go to \Steam\steamapps\common\RimWorld\Mods\NCR\Defs\MiscDefs, open PawnKinds_NCR, and add weapon tag <li>Gun</li> to all pawns who have weapon tag <li>NCR</li>. this will give troopers and some other pawns vanilla weapons

civilians are civilians, so they are supposed to spawn weaponless sometimes

Found the error (which i get on startup):

Config error in NCR_civilian: Cheapest weapon with one of my weaponTags costs 99.8 but weaponMoney min is 65, so could end up weaponless.

Might be the service rifle: not seeing them appear on the faction raids at all.

I was doing some testing and i had a few NCR factions raids spawn with no weapons (or two or three for a group of 12 or so). Is that intended? Seemed a bit odd; happened with the service rifle installed and without. (Also got no errors as well).
