Oh. It's cause I've never really added a lot for the mod since she has so little voicelines to work with.

Passive non-Vox voicelines seem to work for the most part

I extracted the VPK, backed Rochelle/producers voice, deleted the file, replaced the file, renamed the file to producer, consoled snd_rebuildaudiocache, Rochelle/Krystal is silent.

retraced my steps, redid previous steps, still silent.
Consoled snd_updateaudiocache instead, silent.

Then I noticed that some, and only some VOX options actually activate, like taunt, and thank you.

Is there something I missed?

It's a simple subscribe, let it download, find vpk, extract vpk, backup original voice files, empty the folder the game uses, and add the new voice to hear only her voice lines. (I could've made it by just subscribing but there's the error of having two voices being heard on lines I never replaced to save space)

Found a solution: just typing snd_updateaudiocache in the console fixed it to perfection

It works after manually installing but it sounds super slowed, bassy and glitchy!
Any advice?

Wish somebody would commission Estelle Ellis to do voice lines so we could get an updated version of this mod XD

ahh so its from the space shooter series i almost forgot she was included there too as one of the pilots

@SlyGote not really... it's mostly the english lines. and with the recent Dinosaur Planet Leak. i could update it with more lines but i have to wait till the person who uploaded all sounds on Youtube to have a Sound Pack Released for download to make the Update happen.

@SOLIDASAROCKSIR wish i could but i'm no expert... i'm only good in porting models to games that have slightly changed code. like L4D2 transfered to L4D1. or like right now with Haydee 1 to Haydee 2.

@Zorro rabioso not really since the voice files you can downnload are extremely limited.... which kinda made it hard to work with.

i install it on rochelle, and just 14 or less voices can be activated

theres a survivor who gives more vocal activations from the pack?

and yeah it changes the voice but you'll have to use snd_rebuildaudiocache for it completely change otherwise it'll sound broken with weird sounds.

@S E R L O N G 1. you'll have to subscribe for it to download. 2. you'll have to find it in the workshop addons folder for left 4 dead 2 once it's done downloading. 3. unpack it and decompile it with crowbar (link: https://github.com/ZeqMacaw/Crowbar/releases/tag/v0.68) 4. copy all sounds and paste into producer folder but make a backup for the original voice like (original voices) with the producer folder copied into there. 5. and that's all or you could just look up on how to change survivor voices on youtube.
